Ehresman Management is a privately-owned business whose property development and management activity is extensively in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. We focus on providing working people in Austin with safe, clean and affordable housing. The apartment buildings are well maintained, helping our residents feel a sense of pride in where they live.  Many residents are long time tenants, so people really feel like neighbors.  We hold tenant and community meetings as necessary to help improve conditions within our buildings and the surrounding neighborhood.

Ehresman Management works to make its buildings a place of community for residents.  We have provided training, job opportunities and housing to the Austin Neighborhood for almost 25 years through our development, construction and property management activities.  Ehresman Management has been three times named a “Good Neighbor” by the Chicago Association of Realtors.
